How to Make a Camp Facility Reservation – SENECAWATERWAYS COUNCIL

to hosting your outing – and our team of staff, rangers and volunteers look forward to your stay.

By using our Online Camp Reservation System you can reserve one of our many camp facilities. But depending on the type of group you’re with, the process is slightly different.

Please take a moment to first read the information below that’s relevant to your group; then take a look at the reservation walk-through video. Our reservation portal is robust and the quick orientation will make it easier for you to reserve exactly what you want, when you want it.

Seneca Waterways Council Units:

To make a reservation or check availability, do so online through the council website. Each Seneca Waterways Council unit has been issued a username and password, please do not create a new account. For assistance with username or password recovery for the council website, please contact our customer service desk at 585-244-4210.

Reservations are held when payment is made online or through the Scout Service Center and entered into the online system. Cancellations of reservations should follow the Off Season Camp Reservation Refund Procedure.

Out Of Council Units and Girl Scout Groups

All Scouts camping must have Health & Accident Insurance. Out of Council Units should contact their council to provide a proof of Health and Accident Insurance that you should bring with you to camp. The Girl Scouts have provided a blanket certificate for Health and Accident Insurance.

If you have not created an account for your unit on the Seneca Waterways Council’s website, please go ahead and do so. Once you create your account please e-mail us at camping@senecawaterways.org and we will activate your account to use online facility reservations. From that point on, your unit will use this account to make facility reservations.

Non-Scouting Groups

Non-Scouting groups will need to have proof of liability insurance and a signed hold harmless agreement. For questions, please contact Camping and Program Support at camping@senecawaterways.org or 585-241-8545.

If you have not created an account for your group on the Seneca Waterways Council’s website, please go ahead and do so. Once you create your account please e-mail us at camping@senecawaterways.org and we will activate your account to use online facility reservations. From that point on, your group will use this account to make facility reservations.
