Placing Your Unit Order
ORDER DEADLINES: Show & Sell orders due August 21. Take Orders are due October 25.

CAMP MASTERS POPCORN
A new popcorn ordering system has been designed by CAMP MASTERS for 2020. This new system allows units greater control over their orders (at the unit and individual Scout level), and can help manage popcorn inventory.
Prior to the Council kickoff, your unit kernel receives an email with a “Single-Sign On” link. Use this link to access the updated CAMP MASTERS system, or go directly to CAMP MASTERS website at www.campmasters.org Once logged into the website, unit kernels simply follow the Step-by-Step instructions in the “CM SYSTEM GUIDE #4 – UNIT LEADERS” to set up their unit and place their order. WHITLEY’S NUT PRODUCTS
To place your Show & Sell and Take Order for Whitley’s Nut Products, please visit www.senecawaterways.org/nutorder and follow the online instructions. Once you click submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed. Save the email for future reference, so you can keep track of your total unit order!
SHOW & SELL (Show & Sell orders are placed in FULL CASES. Deadline = August 21)
Units can order additional product after the initial Show & Sell distribution. Simply return to the nutorder webpage, and enter ONLY the additional quantities you require. You will again receive an email confirmation for your order. You can place as many additional orders as you wish, and regular pick up times will be available during September and October.
TAKE ORDER (Take Orders are placed in CONTAINERS. Deadline = October 25)
Once you place your unit Take Order, your confirmation email will include a link; if you need to make any changes/corrections, clicking on the link will allow you to reenter the system and make any required adjustments to your Take Order before the deadline.
ANY ORDER CHANGES MUST BE MADE BEFORE “UNIT ORDER DUE DATE” FOR THE COUNCIL SALE
Units may return up to 20% of their total Show & Sell order (all returned product must be unopened and undamaged cases). Council reserves the right to refuse any returns if cases are opened or damaged. Deadline to return Show & Sell product is October 15.
